I'll say this for the farm share - I'm eating a much higher dose (with more diversity) of vegetables than I usually do. I had collards with onions and eggs for breakfast, chili for lunch, and we just had some really lovely sandwiches of asparagus, roasted pepper, shiitakes, radish sprouts, and goat cheese for dinner. Tomorrow will probably be a stir-fry with more shiitakes and chicken, and chard sauteed with pinenuts and raisins. And we need to eat the tomatoes ripening on the window ledge soon.
