Well, the homemade pasta was a limited success. The filling and sauce were both great, but we just couldn't get the ravioli dough thin enough. Tasty little lumps of lead.

My impulse pumpkin-ricotta cheesecake came together well, though. (What can I make with stuff in the fridge? Pumpkin and sour cream...wonder if I could do a cheesecake. No cream chese. Well, people make cheesecake out of ricotta, right? Umm. Recipes all make too much, and don't contain both ricotta and pumpkin. Screw this, I'll make up my own proportions. No graham crackers. Ritz cracker crust it is!) Delicious little mini-dessert, somewhere between pumpkin pie and cheesecake.
