Mini-vacation

So we're continuing our trend in which New England vacations are characterized by mist and rain and we have a really good time anyway. Had a lovely long weekend with friends. Did some hiking, picked some apples, saw some pretty views (the timing was perfect for the leaf-change). Also read a book and started a story and watched some movies and played board games and generally just hung out with people I like. A nice use of a weekend.

Still have that damn cough, though. Getting better, just slowly.
