Last night, I dreamt I was in a really ramshackle production of The Lion King. There were, like, 20 people in the audience, and when the animals came down the aisle, you could see the tape holding the costumes together. I was Rafiki, and I wasn't sure at the time whether I was supposed to be male or female, but I was the only person available to cast.

In other news, the train tickets got worked out after an endless string of horror, involving crashing computers, websites going down for maintanence as I tried to buy a ticket, websites coming up after maintanence claiming that no tickets that day existed, two travel agents on two different continents, and about 40 emails. No sooner was this resolved, than I discovered that the booking for my boss' flight to Boston tomorrow hadn't gone through properly, had to be redone, had to be re-redone when the time turned out to be wrong, and the car had to be rescheduled three times (once to account for the snow predicted for tomorrow). This doesn't even touch on the trip to Shanghai on Tuesday for two people who do not yet have plane tickets, hotel rooms, or, most importantly, visas.

(Yes, I know how to obtain all these things. It's just a headache.)

Wheee!
