Here goes...
Oct. 19th, 2006 11:38 amSo I'm expecting this to be my last post for a little while. I'm leaving work a bit early, and then, well, y'know, wedding. And honeymoon. (Oh god, I need this vacation.)
Everyone keeps asking how I'm doing. Well, the answer changes every fifteen minutes. Calm. Bouncing off the walls. Everything's going to be fine. OMG THE WEDDING IS GOING TO EXPLODE IN A GIANT FIREBALL IF I DON'T MAKE SURE SOMEONE'S THERE TO MEET THE PHOTOGRAPHER! Zen. Hyper. Terrified. Excited. It's a non-stop roller coaster, and Chuckro's strapped in the front seat and vaguely alarmed. Whee!
I'm an utter space case, is what I am. Was a ball of nervous energy last night. This morning, managed to lose my cell phone, tried to walk out the door without my book, turned around, tried to walk out the door without my lunch, turned around, tried to walk out the door without my keys...
I know, I know, it'll be ok. As long as we're married by the end and no one dies, it's a success. If everyone's still speaking to each other, bonus. But there's always the knowledge that while it might be ok, if you'd just taken ten minutes for this and half an hour for that, it could have been so much better...
Argh, wedding eats my brain.
Anyhoo, done ranting now. Have a lovely week, all. I'll report back on the fireball when I get home.
