I just received an email from a client with some files that they want to replace ones they sent earlier, which were incorrect. However, in the email, the client apologizes for "any incontinence".
The worst part is, I totally skimmed over that. The client had just called me and verbally apologized for inconvenience. So I BCC'd our entire company on the response, so they'd know we had the new files. Whoops.
