The cruise email I didn't get around to writing until now

The best parts:

- Hammocks. 'Nuff said.
- The lawnchair fish. While snorkeling on the private island, I looked down and saw a lawnchair on the sea floor about twenty feet down. I figured it had blown off during a storm or something. I swam by again - and there's a guy sitting in it. Apparently, they actually stationed a lifeguard with a scuba tank at the bottom. He'd tucked his flippers under the chair. He waved.
- Semisubmersible. Chuckro finally got to see all the pretty fishies!
- The pool when the ship was rocking - instant wave pool!
- Way too much delicious food.

The worst parts:
- Way too much delicious food. (Although having a gym on board was awesome. I gained weight, but not nearly as much as I might have if I hadn't been in the gym 5 days of the seven.)
- It was kind of rainy the days I actually took my camera around, so the pictures aren't nearly as colorful as I'd hoped.
- Choppiness on the way home lead to cranky bellies and bad sleep.
- We both seem to have come down with nasty colds, despite having been sanitized until we thought our fingerprints would wear off.

Overall, net positive. A less active vacation than I usually prefer, but it was nice to get some downtime and some together time. I wish these silly colds weren't ruining all the relaxedness. Ah well.

I actually forgot to mention the fact that we were santized significantly less than on the last cruise (this seemed significantly more reasonable) and that you got a prize for finding spoons during a competition you hadn't entered.
