I did basically nothing this weekend except watch movies with Chuckro and work on a rag rug. It was awesome.

(Also, for some reason, I'm just tickled pink by the idea of making a rug. For some reason, this is not on my mental list of stuff one makes oneself. But there was the giant pile of scraps from other projects that was threatening to outgrow its drawer...)

I don't know about "nothing". You did, what, three other small sewing projects that had been sitting around for the last few months, and plotted Thanksgiving logistics, and did Christmas shopping, and plotted your next gaming session. I'd label that productivity.

(Of course, the total of my "productivity" was 7+ hours of Dragon Quest over three days, a few inches of scarf, and some food shopping. Much closer to "nothing".)

I watched many, many episodes of House. Then I baked cookies. I'm pretty good at "nothing."

Oh, to have weekends free to do nothing. *jealous*

My weekend was taken up with a new dresser, the new Bond movie, and the new expansion of World of Warcraft. Pretty nothing, except for the dresser, which is making me very happy.

I hit level 74.

Uh.. I'm not sure I'm winning this.

I think my original point was that having a weekend in which you don't have much you have to do is glorious.

I clearly take for granted my entire life.

It's been a busy fall. Mostly good, but busy. We've spent an awful lot of time on the road - work, weddings, family and social obligations. Again, not a bad thing, but it just means that there's been very little downtime lately. At this point, every weekend I don't have to spend in a car, bus, or plane is precious.
