Somebody bought my story! I'm going to be published! Whee!

Ok, it's just a flash piece, and it's just an online magazine (From the Asylum). I can buy basically a large coffee from Starbucks with my earnings.

But still. Someone liked my story!

(No, it's not up yet, and won't be for a couple months. I'll let you know when it is. And then later there will be an anthology.)

Congratulations! That's tremendously good news. Can you say which story this is? (Have we seen it before?)

And what's all this "just a flash piece" and "just an online magazine" business? A sale is a sale, and the story will be in print in their yearly collection. You have to start somewhere! I mean, it only took me five years to make my first sale, which was a flash piece to an online market...

"Mediums Only" - you guys did indeed do a critique, but that was about this time last year, I believe. It took awhile to get up the nerve to submit.

Now I just have to get up the nerve to revise the first Lyrielle story and start submitting that one...
