Singing the praises of the King Arthur mixes - baked donuts are delicious. The King Arthur Flour Company sells lovely mixes of things that it's a pain in the ass to make. Such as donuts. Also awesome? Their chocolate lava cake mix. (Note: you need a donut pan for donuts, and silicone cups for lava cakes. But they're not that expensive, all things considered.)
